- Google account identifier (for Google Sign-In users)
- Loyalty activity including point balances and redemption history
- Approximate device location, only while the store locator feature is actively in use
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely to provide and improve the Polymath Coffee Loyalty app:
- To manage your account and verify your identity
- To track your loyalty points and redemption history
- To send you reward notifications when points are earned or redeemed
- To show you nearby Polymath Coffee locations via the store locator
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
- Authentication is handled securely via Google Sign-In
- Your data is not shared with any external services
- No third-party advertising SDKs are used in this app
4. Data Security
Your data is stored on secured servers operated by East Gate Industries. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active.
To request deletion of your account and personal data:
We will verify your identity and process your request within 7 days. Upon deletion, the following personal data will be permanently removed:
- Email address
- Password
- Google account ID
- Date of birth
Note: Loyalty points history and transaction records will be retained for internal business purposes only and will not be linked to any personal information after deletion.
6. Children's Privacy
Polymath Coffee Loyalty is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to remove that information.
