How to Request Account Deletion
To delete your Polymath Loyalty account and all associated personal data, please follow these steps:

Compose an email to our support team
Send your request to either of the addresses below. Both addresses are monitored and will process your request.

In the body of your email, include your registered email address and full name so we can verify your identity.

Wait for confirmation
We will verify your identity and process your deletion request within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once complete.

What Gets Deleted
Upon successful verification and processing of your request, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:

| Transaction records | Retained (anonymised) |
Loyalty points history and transaction records are retained for internal business purposes only. After deletion, these records are fully anonymised and cannot be linked back to you in any way.
